This "Obi(帯)" is with "Tsuta-mon(蔦文)" of the vine plant motif which stands for enduring prosperity and "Kikko-mon(亀甲文)" of the turtle motif which igood luck, weaved into geometrical patterns. It seems "Tsuta-mon(蔦文)" was one of the most popular motif for Samurai's family crest.

蔦性の植物をモチーフとした蔦文と、縁起が良いとされる亀をモチーフにした亀甲文が幾何学的に織り成している帯。
蔦文は模様として用いられることもあったようだが、武家の紋に使われることが多かったようです。
